The premium of premiums. With a unique double barrel wine marking process, our 2021 JP Shiraz spends 18 months in the best, handpicked Hogshead French Oak Barrels before being moved into another new barrel for another 18 months; giving it a combined total of 3 years in barrel.

Hailing from 28 year old vines at the original Allen Family Vineyard, this cool climate Shiraz has a beautifully velvet mouth feel; with bold and fruity notes of plum and black cherry, accompanied by earthy undertones and liquorice.
